Can we use images from a professional photographer?
Yes, just as long as you have permission from the photographer.
Can I send you lots of photographs and have you choose which ones would be best in the design?
Sure, I would love to sort thru your photos and choose a unique combination for you.
I would like to have you create something for my friend – how should I do that?
We have gift certificates available in any amount you would like. Give your friend a gift certificate and then I will work directly with her to create a custom design.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total design time varies by product. In most cases, we can begin working on your item within 24-48 hours after we receive your photos. Once the proof is approved and payment is received, most items take approximately 7-10 days. Rush order options are available though, please let us know if you have a rush order and we will do our very best to work with you on it.
Can I order additional copies of the same design?
Sure, in most cases you can order additional copies of your original design at a reduced cost. Custom canvas designs, for example, can usually be ordered as a photo print in the same size as the canvas.
I have a particular color scheme or item theme in mind and I don’t see it on your website – can we make a special request?
We have hundreds and hundreds of themes available for designs. If you have a special request just ask. Most likely we’ve got it!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of all of our designs, no refunds or exchanges can be given. If your item is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and we will get the issue resolved.
What forms of payment do you take?
Currently we are only set up to accept Paypal, check or money order. Credit card processing coming soon though.
I would like a custom size, is that possible?
Many of our items are available in custom sizes. Please inquire with your special request and we will do whatever we can to accommodate it.
I have actual photographs that I would like scanned in and used in my design. Can you do that?
Yes, we can scan actual photographs in to use them in your design. If the photographs are old, torn, worn, etc. we will do what we can to clean them up prior to use on your design. (It is against the law for me to scan in photographs taken by a professional photographer without their consent.)
My camera doesn’t always take the clearest pictures, can you correct my pictures at all?
There are a few things we can do to correct fuzzy or dark pictures, sometimes it works beautifully but sometimes there’s nothing we can do to correct these issues. If we don’t think the quality is good enough to use in your design we will certainly let you know in advance so you can switch out the photograph if you would like.
